Treatments
We care for people, not just injuries
Understanding your story is the first step to helping you improve.
At our clinic, we understand health from a global perspective. We know that pain or an injury does not depend solely on muscles or joints, but can also be influenced by the nervous system, rest, stress, nutrition, physical activity, and other lifestyle habits.
For this reason, the first session is a fundamental part of the treatment. It begins with a clinical interview and a comprehensive, individualised assessment that allows us to deeply understand your situation, identify the factors that may be influencing it, and design a treatment tailored to your needs.
We believe in clinical reasoning based on the best available scientific evidence and solid clinical experience, developed both nationally and internationally. Before applying any technique, we take the time to listen, assess, and understand the person in front of us. Only then can we design a treatment tailored to their needs, safe, and truly effective. Because, for us, our approach is not just about treating, but knowing when to do it, how to do it, and why to do it.
Our goal is not only to relieve pain. We want to help you regain your well-being, restore confidence in your body, and provide you with the necessary tools so that results are sustained over time.
Therefore, when necessary, our treatment combines health education, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, functional rehabilitation, and lifestyle modifications.
We have individual treatment rooms and a space dedicated to therapeutic exercise and functional rehabilitation, where we accompany you through the most active phases of recovery. All in a quiet and carefully designed environment, created so you feel comfortable, listened to, and supported from day one.
Physiotherapy, osteopathy, and advanced assessment at the service of your health
Our approach is based on clinical reasoning, integrating various clinical tools that allow us to evaluate each case from a global perspective, understanding how the different systems of the organism interact and how they can influence your well-being.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy forms the foundation of our therapeutic approach. It allows us to assess, treat, and support processes related to pain, injury, mobility, and function.
We work in different areas such as:
- musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- neurological physiotherapy
- geriatric physiotherapy
- temporomandibular joint (TMJ) treatment
- fall prevention and functional improvement
- recovery and rehabilitation after injury
We integrate different therapeutic strategies tailored to each individual, such as:
- therapeutic exercise: therapeutic Pilates, motor control work…
- manual therapy
- joint manipulations
- myofascial release
- neurodynamics
- manual lymphatic drainage
- invasive techniques such as: dry needling, electroacupuncture
Osteopathy
Osteopathy brings a global perspective based on the relationship between structure, different body systems, function, and the organism's adaptive capacity.
We integrate various osteopathic areas such as:
- structural osteopathy
- craniosacral osteopathy and TMJ
- visceral osteopathy
These tools help us identify restrictions, compensations, or functional alterations that may be influencing various processes.
Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
Heart rate variability is an objective indicator that allows us to understand and measure how your autonomic nervous system is responding to daily physical and emotional demands.
Its analysis is a tool widely used in scientific research and clinical settings to assess autonomic regulation, being considered a gold standard measurement for studying the balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic branches of the autonomic nervous system in specific contexts.
This assessment complements clinical examination and allows us to better understand how your body is functioning beyond symptoms.
Its analysis provides objective information regarding your body's regulatory, adaptive, and recovery capacities.
Available scientific evidence shows that an adequate HRV is usually associated with better recovery and stress adaptation capacity, while reduced values may be linked to states of physiological overload, fatigue, sleep disturbances, sustained stress, or persistent pain.
In individuals with chronic pain, various studies have observed alterations in autonomic regulation—a factor that can influence both symptom persistence and recovery capacity.
Why do we assess it in consultation?
HRV measurement is incorporated when the characteristics and needs of each patient require it, as a complementary tool within the overall evaluation. It helps us obtain relevant information about:
- Physiological stress level
- Recovery capacity
- Adaptation to physical load
- Response to treatment
- Progression of the therapeutic process
How does it help us in your treatment?
The information obtained allows us to tailor the intervention more precisely, adjusting treatment to your body's real state of regulation and recovery.
This guides us when deciding when to prioritize:
- Manual therapy
- Therapeutic exercise
- Breathing strategies
- Nervous system regulation
- Load progression
HRV does not replace a comprehensive clinical evaluation, but it provides an objective tool, backed by a broad base of scientific evidence, that helps us better personalize treatment and optimize your recovery.
We do not only assess where it hurts, but how your body is responding, helping you recover more effectively and sustainably.
